License

Purchasing a license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use AI Subtitle Studio on up to the number of devices stated at purchase. The license is a one-time purchase and does not expire unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may use the software to create, translate and synchronize subtitles for content you have the right to process. You may not redistribute, resell or share license keys. You are responsible for the content you process and for following the terms of any service you take it from, such as YouTube.

Dubbing and voice cloning

Dubbing can copy a person's voice from a short sample. Only clone, dub or share voices that are your own or that you have the speaker's permission to use, and only in content you have the right to process. You may not use the software to impersonate a real person, to deceive or defraud anyone, or to create misleading or abusive audio. Where the law or a platform requires you to say that speech is synthetic, you must do so. You are solely responsible for what you create and publish with it.

AI output

Transcriptions, translations, OCR results and dubbed speech are produced automatically and can contain mistakes, mishear names or change meaning. Review them before you rely on or publish them.

Credits

Translation credits are bought in packs on this website, do not expire, and are charged according to the subtitle lines actually translated; the unused part of a file's reservation is returned. A credits account is for your own use. Services that run on DeepSeek are also subject to DeepSeek's terms. For anything about a credit purchase, write to info@aisubtitlestudio.com.

Free tools and API

The free online tools and API are provided with usage limits and may be rate-limited or blocked to stop abuse. Do not use them to overload the service or to process content you have no right to handle.

Refunds

If the software does not work on your system, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@aisubtitlestudio.com and we will make it right.

Revocation

We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or shared publicly. Refunded orders result in the associated license keys being revoked.

Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
